With the win, Dougherty Valley improves its record to 6-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Sierra (Manteca, CA) to encounter the Timberwolves in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 29. The Timberwolves go into the battle with a record of 8-7. Sierra won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Pitman (Turlock, CA)

The Mustangs now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to De La Salle for a East Bay battle on Thursday, April 3.
