Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA) and the visiting Sherman Oaks CES Knights (Reseda, CA), observed Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences's volleyball team top Sherman Oaks CES by a count of 3-0.

The Vipers (10-0) will now prepare for their contest against East Valley (North Hollywood, CA). The Falcons enter the Valley contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, East Valley defeated Fulton (Van Nuys, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.

With the loss, Sherman Oaks CES drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA) to clash with the Pumas in a Valley outing on Thursday, April 3. The Pumas come into the outing with a record of 0-11.
