Gilbert Indians (Gilbert, SC) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Midland Valley Mustangs (Graniteville, SC), 3-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Gilbert advances its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC) to clash with the Bearcats in a AAAA Region 4 test on Monday, March 31. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 6-5. Brookland-Cayce lost 5-0 in their recent league test against Aiken (Aiken, SC)

The Mustangs now have a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they host Aiken for a AAAA Region 4 test on Monday, March 31. Midland Valley will clash with a Fighting Green Hornets team coming off a 5-0 league win over Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC). The Fighting Green Hornets record now stands at 5-5.
