The Henderson Collegiate Pride soccer team (Henderson, NC), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Thursday's league match with the host Roxboro Community Bulldogs (Roxboro, NC)
With the triumph, Roxboro Community moves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Voyager Academy (Durham, NC) to meet the Vikings in a Triangle North 1A match on Tuesday, April 1. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 6-2.
The Pride now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to J.F. Webb for a non-league match on Friday, March 28. Henderson Collegiate will meet a Warriors team coming off a 9-0 league loss to South Granville (Creedmoor, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-9.
