In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Albemarle Patriots baseball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Orange County Fighting Hornets.

The Patriots (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Fork Union Military Academy (Fork Union, VA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record.

Next, the Fighting Hornets play the Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 31. Orange County will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 3-0 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Louisa County (Mineral, VA).
