Manchester Greyhounds (Manchester, OH) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Bethel-Tate Tigers (Bethel, OH), 22-9 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Manchester improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Greyhounds host Northwest (McDermott, OH) to play the Mohawks in a non-league game on Saturday, March 29. The Mohawks enter the game with a record of 0-0.

The Tigers now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Batavia for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 1.
