Virginia High School Softball - William Monroe bounces Culpeper County

The William Monroe Dragons softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Culpeper County Blue Devils to 4 in the Dragons non-league win on Thursday.

The Dragons now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 1. William Monroe will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Culpeper County falls to 2-2 on the year. The Blue devils host Skyline (Front Royal, VA) to play the Hawks in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 2. The Hawks enter the game with a record of 5-0.
