California High School Softball - Ripon succumbs to Hughson

In Thursday's league test, the Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA), by a tally of 13-1.

Next, the Huskies clash with the Turlock Bulldogs (Turlock, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 28. Hughson will attempt to advance on its 12-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 14-3 league loss to Enochs (Modesto, CA).

The Indians (5-5) will now prepare for their test against East Union (Manteca, CA). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, East Union prevailed over Oakdale (Oakdale, CA), 8-3, in a league test.
