North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Hoggard drops to Laney

In Thursday's league test, the Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC), by a count of 12-7.

Next up, the Buccaneers battle the New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC) in a Mideastern test, on Tuesday, April 1. Laney will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the test with a 3-7 record after their 19-4 league loss to Ashley (Wilmington, NC).

The Vikings (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Croatan (Newport, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Croatan got by Broughton (Raleigh, NC), 9-4, in a non-league test.
