Monterey Wildcats (Monterey, TN) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN), 4-3 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Monterey moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Bledsoe County (Pikeville, TN) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 3-0. Bledsoe County won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Lookout Valley (Chattanooga, TN)

The Bees now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Westmoreland for a non-league test on Friday, March 28. Upperman will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Watertown (Watertown, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.
