The Barnesville Shamrocks (Barnesville, OH) softball routed the host Buckeye Local Panthers (Rayland, OH), 9-0 in Thursday's league outing.

The Shamrocks now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Frye for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 29. Barnesville will encounter a Cadets team coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Shenandoah (Sarahsville, OH). The Cadets record now stands at 2-0.
