In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting DeWitt Clinton Governors softball team scored a nice 18-0 victory over the Roosevelt Educational Roughriders.

The Governors (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Lehman (Bronx, NY). The Lions go into the PSAL Bronx AA match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Lehman was routed by Bronx High School of Science (Bronx, NY), 14-7, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Roughriders battle the Kennedy Knights (Bronx, NY) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 2. Roosevelt Educational will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
