The Mother McAuley Mighty Macs softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Evergreen Park Mustangs to 7 in the Mighty Macs non-league win on Thursday.

The Mighty Macs now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln-Way West for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 29. Mother McAuley will confront a Warriors team coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Minooka (Minooka, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Evergreen Park moves to 2-2 on the season. The Mustangs host Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 3-2. Riverside-Brookfield won 20-0 in their recent league battle against Aurora East (Aurora, IL)
