In Thursday's league test, the Slidell Tigers (Slidell, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Fontainebleau Bulldogs (Mandeville, LA), by a count of 7-0.

Next, the Tigers meet the Destrehan Wildcats (Destrehan, LA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 29. Slidell will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 17-9 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA).

The Bulldogs (8-13) will now prepare for their test against Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Pearl River was routed by Pine (Franklinton, LA), 6-4, in a non-league test.
