The Gloucester Dukes softball team scored 29 runs and held the visiting Hampton Crabbers to 0 in the Dukes league win on Thursday.

The Dukes now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Churchland for a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. Gloucester will confront a Truckers team coming off a 9-2 league win over Maury (Norfolk, VA). The Truckers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Hampton moves to 1-3 on the season. The Crabbers travel to Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 1-3. Jamestown won 34-3 in their recent league battle against Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA)
