In Thursday's non-league test, the South Point Pointers (South Point, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host Green Bobcats (Franklin Furnace, OH), by a tally of 16-0.

Next, the Pointers meet the Wayne Pioneers (Wayne, WV) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 28. South Point will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Pioneers go into the test with a 1-3 record after their 20-0 league loss to Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV).

The Bobcats (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Manchester (Manchester, OH). The Greyhounds go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record.
