The Kings Knights softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Tallmadge Blue Devils to 2 in the Knights non-league win on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Little Miami for a Eastern Cincinnati Conference battle on Monday, March 31. Kings will confront a Panthers team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Tallmadge moves to 1-3 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Revere (Richfield, OH) to confront the Minutemen in a Suburban - American battle on Tuesday, April 1. The Minutemen enter the game with a record of 1-1. Revere lost 8-7 in their recent non-league game against Waverly Central (Waverly, TN)
