Mississippi High School Softball - Lake Cormorant bounces Olive Branch

The Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS) softball routed the host Olive Branch Conquistadors (Olive Branch, MS), 17-2 in Thursday's league outing.

The now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southaven for a non-league outing on Friday, March 28. Lake Cormorant will encounter a Chargers team coming off a 13-0 league loss to Hernando (Hernando, MS). The Chargers record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Olive Branch moves to 1-11 on the season. The Conquistadors travel to South Panola (Batesville, MS) to encounter the Tigers in a 6A Region 1 outing on Tuesday, April 1.
