In their next game, the Tigers confront the Clarkdale Bulldogs (Meridian, MS) in a 2A Region 5 match, on Tuesday, April 1. Newton will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 10-9 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Wayne County (Waynesboro, MS).
