California High School Baseball - Bear River loses to Wheatland

In Friday's league bout, the Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA) baseball squad the visiting Bear River Bruins (Grass Valley, CA), by a tally of 6-2.

Next up, the Pirates encounter the Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League challenge, on Wednesday, April 1. Wheatland will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Indians go into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 9-0 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA).
