Utah High School Softball - Monticello bested by Altamont

The Altamont Longhorns triumphed over the host Monticello Buckaroo softball squad by a count of 22-3 in Friday's league battle.

The Longhorns now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monticello for a battle on Friday, March 27. Altamont will confront a Buckaroo team coming off a 23-0 non-league loss to Grand County (Moab, UT). The Buckaroo record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Monticello moves to 0-5 on the season. The Buckaroo host Altamont (Altamont, UT) to confront the Longhorns in a challenge on Friday, March 27. The Longhorns go into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Altamont won 17-0 in their recent league challenge against Pinnacle (Price, UT)
