The Hancock County Hornets baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting McLean County Cougars to 6 in the Hornets non-league victory on Monday.

The Hornets (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Henderson County (Henderson, KY). The Colonels go into the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Henderson County was overwhelmed by Evansville Memorial (Evansville, IN), 11-2, in a non-league match.
