The St. Charles baseball team scored 25 runs and limited the host Westlake Wolverines to 2 in the non-league victory on Monday.
The (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes go into the Southern Maryland match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Huntingtown was overwhelmed by Patuxent (Lusby, MD), 13-8, in a non-league match.
The Wolverines (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Stone (Waldorf, MD). The Cougars go into the Southern Maryland match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Stone was overwhelmed by Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD), 22-5, in a league match.
