The South Jones Braves baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Northeast Jones Tigers to 2 in the Braves non-league victory on Monday.
The Braves (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Northeast Jones edged Wayne Academy (Waynesboro, MS), 11-4, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (10-4) will now prepare for their match against South Jones (Ellisville, MS). The Braves go into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
