In Monday's league test, the visiting Bishop McGuinness Villains lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-2 victory over the West Stokes Wildcats.

The Villains now have a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to High Point Central for a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont test on Tuesday, March 29. Bishop McGuinness will face a Bison squad coming off a 22-1 league loss to North Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Bison record now stands at 1-5.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) in a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont test, on Wednesday, March 30. West Stokes will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Black Knights come into the test with a 3-5 record after their 22-1 league win over High Point Central (High Point, NC).
