In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Whitney Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 victory over the Woodcreek Timberwolves.

The Wildcats now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they host Granite Bay for a Sierra Foothill League test on Tuesday, March 29. Whitney will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 11-10 league loss to Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-6.

In their next game, the Timberwolves face the Christian Brothers Falcons (Sacramento, CA) in a Sacramento Valley Lacrosse League test, on Wednesday, March 30. Woodcreek will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 7-4 record after their 14-8 league loss to Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA).
