The Lawrence Academy Warriors baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Halifax Academy Vikings to 1 in the Warriors non-league victory on Monday.
The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Pungo Christian Academy (Belhaven, NC). The Raiders go into the match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Pungo Christian Academy edged Epiphany (New Bern, NC), 8-4, in a non-league match.
The Vikings (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Brunswick Academy (Lawrenceville, VA). The Vikings come into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
