Virginia High School Softball - Altavista falls to Randolph-Henry

In Monday's non-league outing, the host Randolph-Henry Statesmen softball team scored a nice 20-1 win over the Altavista Colonels.
Coming up next, the Statesmen battle the Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA) in a James River outing, on Tuesday, March 29. Randolph-Henry will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Chargers enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 15-0 non-league win over William Campbell (Naruna, VA).
The Colonels (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Gretna (Gretna, VA). The Hawks enter the Dogwood outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Gretna ran past William Campbell (Naruna, VA), 11-5, in a league outing.
