The Central Kitsap Cougars softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting North Thurston Rams to 8 in the Cougars league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Central Kitsap improves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Cougars travel to Timberline (Lacey, WA) to clash with the Blazers in a 3A South Sound game on Wednesday, March 30. The Blazers come into the game with a record of 1-4. Timberline lost 12-2 in their recent league game against Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA)

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA) in a 3A South Sound game, on Thursday, March 31. North Thurston will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 1-3 record after their 12-4 league loss to Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA).
