Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL) and the visiting Paul W. Bryant Stampede (Cottondale, AL), witnessed Central's softball squad tip Paul W. Bryant by a count of 7-5.
The Falcons now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Greensboro for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 29.
With the loss, Paul W. Bryant moves to 2-13 on the season. The Stampede host Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL) to meet the Jaguars in a 6A Area 7 match on Friday, April 1. The Jaguars go into the match with a record of 3-11.
