Georgia High School Softball - Open Bible Christian holds off First Christian

March 28, 2022: Valdosta, GA 31605

Open Bible Christian (Valdosta, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting First Christian Lions (High Springs, FL), 6-4 in a league challenge.

The now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corinth Christian Academy for a Southeastern Christian challenge on Tuesday, March 29. Open Bible Christian will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Southside Christian (Waycross, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, First Christian falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Corinth Christian Academy (Jasper, FL) to face the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Corinth Christian Academy won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Open Bible Christian (Valdosta, GA)
