Kentucky High School Softball - Fleming County thwarted by Lewis County

The Fleming County Panthers softball team (Flemingsburg, KY), was routed 12-2 in Monday's non-league test with the host Lewis County Lions (Vanceburg, KY)

Coming up next, the Lions clash with the Russell Red Devils (Russell, KY) in a District 63 test, on Tuesday, March 29. Lewis County will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Red Devils come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Notre Dame (Portsmouth, OH).

The Panthers (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Estill County (Irvine, KY). The Engineers come into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Estill County overcame Powell County (Stanton, KY), 19-1, in a league test.
