Arkansas High School Softball - Rivercrest bounces Harrisburg

The Rivercrest Colts routed the host Harrisburg Hornets softball squad by a final score of 18-7 in Monday's league battle.

The Colts (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Piggott (Piggott, AR). The Mohawks go into the 3A-3 battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Piggott was routed by Buffalo Island Central (Monette, AR), 16-1, in a non-league battle.

The Hornets now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Manila for a 3A-3 battle on Tuesday, March 29. Harrisburg will meet a Lions squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Corning (Corning, AR). The Lions record now stands at 2-5.
