Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Oneida Indians (Oneida, TN) and the visiting King's Academy Lions (Seymour, TN), witnessed Oneida's softball squad prevail over King's Academy by a count of 23-4.

The Indians now sport a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Oliver Springs for a 1A District 3 match on Tuesday, March 29. Oneida will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 13-0 league win over Sunbright (Sunbright, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, King's Academy moves to 0-2 on the season. The Lions host Christian Academy of Knoxville (Knoxville, TN) to face the Warriors in a D II-A East 1 match on Monday, April 11. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 5-6.
