Florida High School Softball - Old Plank Christian Academy bounces Southside Christian

The Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders routed the visiting Southside Christian Patriots softball squad by a final score of 12-2 in Monday's league battle.

The Defenders (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Eagle's View (Jacksonville, FL). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Eagle's View was routed by Seacoast Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL), 28-23, in a non-league battle.

The Patriots now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Open Bible Christian for a Southeastern Christian battle on Thursday, March 31. Southside Christian will meet a squad coming off a 16-1 league loss to Corinth Christian Academy (Jasper, FL). The record now stands at 2-4.
