In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Surry County Cougars baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Brunswick Bulldogs.
The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Braves go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Indian River was overwhelmed by Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA), 12-2, in a league game.
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Southampton (Courtland, VA). The Indians go into the Tri-Rivers game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Southampton overcame Windsor (Windsor, VA), 8-0, in a league game.
