East Hamilton Hurricanes (Ooltewah, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Chattanooga Central Pounders (Harrison, TN), 12-1 in a league test.

With the win, East Hamilton upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Hurricanes host McMinn County (Athens, TN) to battle the Cherokees in a non-league test on Friday, March 31. The Cherokees come into the test with a record of 8-1. McMinn County lost 6-2 in their recent league test against Walker Valley (Cleveland, TN)

With the defeat, Chattanooga Central falls to 7-4 on the season. The Pounders travel to Lexington (Lexington, TN) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 29. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-2.
