The Mountain Island Charter Raptor baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Langtree Charter Lions to 4 in the Raptor league victory on Tuesday.

The Raptor (1-9) will now prepare for their match against Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC). The Lions go into the Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A match with a 3-8 record. In their last match, Langtree Charter was edged by Union Academy (Monroe, NC), 10-8, in a non-league match.
