In Tuesday's league game, the host Northwest Halifax Vikings baseball team scored a nice 19-3 victory over the Weldon Chargers.
The Vikings (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Warren County (Warrenton, NC). The Eagles go into the Tar Roanoke 1A game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Warren County ran past Rocky Mount Prep (Rocky Mount, NC), 22-0, in a league game.
