The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) and the visiting Arroyo Dons (San Lorenzo, CA), saw San Leandro's volleyball squad nip Arroyo by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, San Leandro upgrades its record to 9-2 on the year. The Pirates travel to Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA) to play the Trojans in a bout on Thursday, April 13. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 11-5.

The Dons now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Encinal for a bout on Wednesday, April 5.
