The South Spartans topped the visiting North Saxons volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Spartans now have a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawndale for a Pioneer test on Wednesday, March 29. South will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league loss to West (Torrance, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-10.
The Saxons (11-9) will now prepare for their test against Montebello (Montebello, CA). The Oilers enter the non-league test with a 4-22 record. In their last test, Montebello was knocked off by Schurr (Montebello, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
