In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Saint Francis Lancers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats.

The Lancers (14-5) will now prepare for their battle against Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Padres come into the WCAL battle with a 7-15 record. In their last battle, Serra lost by Burlingame (Burlingame, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a WCAL match, on Thursday, March 30. St. Ignatius College Preparatory will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Monarchs come into the match with a 12-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA).
