South Carolina High School Lacrosse - West Ashley drops to James Island

March 28, 2023: Charleston, SC 29412

James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC), 22-3 in a non-league test.

The Trojans now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host May River for a 4A test on Thursday, March 30.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC) in a 5A Lower District 5 test, on Thursday, March 30. West Ashley will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 12-1 record after their 17-3 league win over North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC).
