The New Bern Bears walloped the host J.H. Rose Rampants lacrosse team by a final score of 14-5 in Tuesday's league match.

With the win, New Bern betters its record to 8-3 on the season. The Bears travel to Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league match on Friday, March 31. The Hurricanes go into the match with a record of 4-1. Cape Fear Academy won 15-10 in their recent non-league match against Arendell Parrott Academy (Kinston, NC)

With the defeat, J.H. Rose drops to 4-3 on the season. The Rampants travel to D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league match on Thursday, March 30. The Vikings go into the match with a record of 0-3. D.H. Conley lost 16-0 in their recent non-league match against New Bern (New Bern, NC)
