The East Surry Cardinals crushed the visiting Wilkes Central Eagles baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cardinals now possess a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morehead for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 30. East Surry will face a Panthers team coming off a 7-7 non-league Walkertown (Walkertown, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
Next, the Eagles face the East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 31. Wilkes Central will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Cardinals enter the bout with a 7-2 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Morehead (Eden, NC).
