In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Jackson-Reed Tigers baseball team scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders.
The Tigers (7-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Albans (Washington, DC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
