In Tuesday's non-league game, the host West Brunswick Trojans baseball team scored a tight 8-3 victory over the North Brunswick Scorpions.
The Trojans (3-5) will now prepare for their game against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Chiefs go into the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
The Scorpions (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC). The Titans go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Heide Trask was overwhelmed by North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 13-6, in a non-league game.
