The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) and the host Fike Demons (Wilson, NC), saw Wakefield's lacrosse team top Fike by a margin of 12-3.
The Wolverines (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Hunt (Wilson, NC). The Warriors enter the Northern Athletic challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Hunt was overwhelmed by Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC), 18-1, in a league challenge.
The Demons (0-8) will now prepare for their challenge against D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, D.H. Conley beat Fike (Wilson, NC), 8-1, in a non-league challenge.
