Kossuth Aggies (Kossuth, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Alcorn Central Bears (Glen, MS), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Aggies now own a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hardin County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 30. Kossuth will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Dyersburg (Dyersburg, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Alcorn Central falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Bears host Mantachie (Mantachie, MS) to battle the Mustangs in a 3A Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 12-1.
