Alice Coyotes (Alice, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Tuloso-Midway Warriors/Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX), 4-3 in a league challenge.

The Coyotes now own a 18-7 record. They take the field next when they host Calallen for a 4A Region IV District 31 challenge on Tuesday, April 4.

With the loss, Tuloso-Midway falls to 14-11 on the campaign. The Warriors/cherokees travel to Bishop (Bishop, TX) to face the Badgers in a 4A Region IV District 31 challenge on Friday, March 31. The Badgers enter the challenge with a record of 14-9. Bishop won 21-0 in their recent league challenge against King (Kingsville, TX)
